In Reports, you will find a section called Management Reports & Tools. Go to this section to view bounced and unsubscribed addresses, use the Global Suppression link to remove an email address, or check your email usage for the current period.

Open Management Dashboard
This section shows the inbox reports for customers that have their replies handled by JangoMail. By default, JangoMail does not handle email replies directly and this is not the standard set up for most customers.
Report Settings
Under Report Settings, you can enable dynamic reporting and change the timezone shown in your reporting. By default, your reports are shown in Eastern Standard Time. SMTP logs will always utilize UTC time. Note: adjusting the timezone will only affect time stamps shown in the Reports section; this does not affect sending schedules. Any times entered on the site will still require EST.
Delivery Optimizer
The Delivery Optimizer allows you to evaluate your account for email authentication and deliverability. Use this tool to check for a list of all recently used from domains, or check email authentication for a specific domain or specific SPF record. Note: this tool is not 100% accurate due to how the tool checks these records behind-the-scenes. To fully verify your DNS records, use a 3rd party tool like emailstuff.org/authentication or mxtoolbox.com.
- Click on Delivery Optimizer. Choose Check all my recently used From domains, Check a specific domain or Check an SPF record.
- For the first two options, the Delivery Optimizer will check all specified domains for the following three things: SPF record, DKIM record, and Custom Tracking Domain. For the last option, Check an SPF record, the tool will only check a specific SPF record for inclusion of JangoMail.

Delivery Health Check
Use the Delivery Health Check to diagnose an email address. This tool will check if an email address is correctly formed, appears on your unsubscribe or bounce lists, and will show if the address appears as a recipient for any recent broadcast campaign or transactional message.

Once a campaign has been sent, bounces and unsubscribes are automatically handled by the JangoMail system. There are still some instances where you may receive a separate email from a recipient requesting to be unsubscribed, but JangoMail can identify incoming replies with certain phrases as unsubscribe requests. Addresses appearing on the bounce list will indicate date and reason for the bounce. From the unsubscribe list, you can also manually add addresses or domains. When using the API, the Standard API Log and the Transactional Event API Log record the operation, result, time stamp, and IP address.

Address Changes will be shown in this section. Note: this option only applies to accounts for which JangoMail directly handles your replies.
Access details about any complaints against your campaign in the Complaint Rates report, including a look back at statistics on the last seven days and specific emails that have complained. Usage History shows your volume for past 30 day periods that your account has been active. In your Billing History, you can view your invoices for your account history, as well as download PDF copies.
