Update Payment Information

Making sure your payment information is up to date is important to ensure continuous service. If your credit card expires or if your card has been replaced, you can make the necessary changes to your account information. Log into your account and click on My Account. From there, go to Payment and click Change. Enter new credit card information and click on Save

If you're updating your information as a result of a declined charge, please submit a ticket to let the Billing Team know the card should be retried.
